QB/HZ11-02 Ordinary aluminum foil for evaporator and condenser fins

3. Product model and representation method

L C ─ □ □ □

Models of refrigerators and freezers produced by OEMs.

Name code: If it is an evaporator, change L to Z, where L means condenser,

Z represents an evaporator, and C represents a fin type.

4. Technical requirements

4.1 The condenser and evaporator shall comply with the provisions of this standard and shall be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. The remaining matters shall be determined in accordance with the technical agreement between the two parties.

4.2 Appearance requirements

4.2.2 The number of fin curling edges shall not exceed 3 pieces.

4.2.3 There is no obvious wrinkle in the bending part of the heat transfer tube of the condenser and evaporator, the bending change should be smooth, and the flatness rate is greater than 85%. Note: Flatness ratio=(minimum diameter/nominal diameter)×100%

4.2.4 There should be no obvious cracks in the fin holes of the condenser and evaporator.

4.2.5 The welding part should be smooth, and no pores, inclusions, severe oxidation and welding pits with a depth of more than 1mm are allowed.

4.2.6 When the end plates of the condenser and evaporator are galvanized, measures should be taken to protect the galvanized surface when the copper pipe is welded.

4.3 Geometry

The geometric dimensions meet the requirements of the drawings and meet the assembly requirements.

4.4 Sealing performance

The condenser and evaporator shall be inspected according to 5.3, the pressure in the pipe is 1.57Mpa, and the observation shall be 3min without leakage.

4.5 Cleanliness in the tube

4.5.1 Residual moisture content in the pipeline: ≤100mg/m2; (R134a≤40mg/m2).

4.5.2 The residual impurity content in the pipeline: ≤50mg/m2; (R134a≤30mg/m2); the single largest impurity particle ≤0.2mm.

4.5.3 Content of other impurities (R134a): Mineral oil content ≤ 10mg/m2; Silicone oil content ≤ 1.0mg/m2;

Paraffin content ≤ 0.2mg/m2; Cl ion content ≤0.2mg/m2.

4.6 Surface coating

4.6.1 The surface of the condenser and evaporator shall be treated with anti-corrosion treatment according to the requirements of the drawings. After the condenser and evaporator have passed the 48h 5% sodium chloride solution immersion test, the surface has no rust spots, blistering, layer separation, paint peeling, etc., and no abnormal changes.

4.6.2 There is no requirement for this item that does not need to be treated on the surface.

4.7 Materials

4.7.1 The condenser and evaporator end plates shall be stainless steel plates, hot-dip galvanized steel plates, or aluminum plates as specified in the drawings. And should meet the requirements of QB/HZ11-06, QB/HZ11-03, GB/T 3880, respectively.

4.7.2 The fin aluminum foil of the condenser and evaporator shall meet the requirements of QB/HZ11-02.

4.7.3 The copper tubes of the condenser and evaporator shall meet the requirements of QB/HZ11-04.

4.8 Delivery status

4.8.1 The pipe ends of the condenser and evaporator should be kept at least 30mm or the unpainted section specified in the drawing, and kept clean and free of pollution.

4.8.2 The condenser and evaporator should be supplied in an airtight state, filled with dry nitrogen ≥0.1Mpa, and the pipe mouth is sealed with a sealing plug to keep the pipe dry and clean. The sealing plug material shall not pollute the pipe mouth and affect welding.

5 Test method

5.1 Visual inspection

Visual inspection, hand feel, inspection with steel ruler and vernier caliper (precision 0.02mm).

5.2 Measurement of geometric dimensions

Measure the geometric dimensions of the condenser and evaporator using a ruler, a vernier caliper (precision 0.02mm) and a micrometer (precision 0.02mm).

5.3 Tightness test

Attach quick connectors to both ends of the condenser and evaporator pipes, and fill them with dry nitrogen at a pressure of 2Mpa from one end, and place them in water for observation

3min, there should be no air bubbles.

5.4 Cleanliness in the tube

Send the customer to the designated professional inspection unit for testing.

5.5 Surface coating test

Test according to the standard provided by the customer or the requirements of relevant national standards.

5.6 Delivery status check

There should be a clear sound of air flow when the rubber plug is removed; or use a pressure gauge with a needle to insert the sealing rubber plug to check the pressure in the pipe.

6 Inspection rules

6.1 The condenser and evaporator must be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before leaving the factory. Each batch should have an inspection report, and each product should have

The quality inspection certificate, and each piece should be marked.

6.2 The inspection of condenser and evaporator is divided into batch-by-batch inspection, regular sampling inspection and type test.

6.3 The batch-by-batch inspection items for condensers and evaporators are serial numbers 1, 2, and 7 in Table 1, and the regular sampling items are serial numbers 4 and 5 in Table 1.

6.4 The type test items of condenser and evaporator are all the test items in Table 1. In one of the following cases, type test should be carried out.

a) When the product is trial-formed or produced by the manufacturer;

b) When there are major changes in product structure, materials, and processes;

c) During normal production, it should be carried out once a year;

d) When the product has ceased production for more than six months and resumes production;

e) When the results of batch-by-batch test or periodic random inspection are significantly different from the previous type test;

f) When proposed by the national quality supervision agency.

6.5 Batch-by-batch test and regular random inspection of qualified quality level

If one of the random inspection items in Table 1 is unqualified, the batch will be judged as unqualified.

6.6 The condensers and evaporators for type testing shall be selected from batches of products that have passed the batch test or regular sampling. If there is any

If a product does not meet any of the provisions of the technical requirements of this standard, the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified in the type test.
