1. The cooling water inlet temperature is too low or the cooling water flow is too large. At this time, the cooling water inlet temperature can be increased by intermittently starting the cooling tower fan; at the same time, the cooling water flow can be reduced by opening the cooling water bypass valve.
2. The system has too much refrigerant leakage or insufficient charge. Treatment method: investigate and deal with the leakage point, and add enough refrigerant after repairing the leakage.
3. The connecting pipe of the condenser pressure gauge is bent and blocked. Therefore, the connecting pipe of the condenser pressure gauge should not be too long to avoid the condensing of the refrigerant in the connecting pipe due to the bending of the pipe, which may cause blockage.
